Sometimes (rarely) an agent loses connectivity to the server and reinitiates its initiation. The symptom is that the end-user is prompted for a username and password.
This is a known problem that rarely occurs and is intermittent. It usually resolves itself after a few minutes or after a reboot.
Also, it is always possible to remote into the machine (or ask the user to do this) and select the “use installation key” method and insert the correct installation key.
On the ID popup window select “use installation key”:
And then fill in the tenants Install Key:
Click “Sign up”.
